Terms of Service

By accessing or using AgentGuards ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AgentGuards provides an API-based guardrail layer for AI applications, including prompt injection detection, PII redaction, jailbreak detection, and data exfiltration blocking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@agentguards.co of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary models or algorithms.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

AgentGuards and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all models, algorithms, and software. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the API; you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AgentGuards does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all threats will be detected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTGUARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
