Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
2. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of a significant service outage caused by AgentGuards that lasted longer than 24 consecutive hours within the billing period. To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the incident.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.
4. Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The lower plan tier takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No credit or refund is issued for the difference in price within the current cycle.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us at support@agentguards.co and we will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
