AgentGuards includes software and machine-learning models developed by third parties. Their licences govern those components and, where they conflict with the AgentGuards licence terms, prevail with respect to those components. AlphaOps Ltd. asserts no ownership over them.

The AgentGuards prompt-injection classifier, Llama-PromptGuard-AgentGuards, is a derivative of meta-llama/Llama-Prompt-Guard-2-86M, fine-tuned by AlphaOps Ltd. It is used in both the AgentGuards hosted service and the self-hosted machine image.
Your use of this component is subject to the Llama 4 Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into the Llama 4 Community License by reference. If your product or service has more than 700 million monthly active users, that Licence requires you to obtain a licence directly from Meta before using this component.
Llama Prompt Guard 2 86M is itself built on microsoft/mdeberta-v3-base, licensed under the MIT License, Copyright © Microsoft Corporation.
Operating system and system packages
The self-hosted image is based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and includes packages from the Ubuntu archive under a range of free-software licences, including the GNU General Public License.

Written offer for source code. For any component in the image licensed under the GPL, LGPL, or another licence entitling you to corresponding source, AlphaOps Ltd. will provide that source, on a machine-readable medium or by download, for three (3) years from the date the image was made available to you. Request it from legal@agentguards.co, identifying the component and image version. Where a component is unmodified from the Ubuntu archive we may direct you to Canonical's published source for that exact version. AgentGuards has not modified any of these components.
